We ship by the full container load from India's west-coast ports, with the documents your customs broker expects.

The route

Mundra and Nhava Sheva (Mumbai) are used where they give a better sailing for your destination.

Minimum order: One full container
Container sizes: 20 ft and 40 ft
Packing: Vacuum liner inside sealed 38 kg sacks
Typical load: Roughly 7–9 tonnes in a 20 ft and 14–18 tonnes in a 40 ft, depending on grade density. Confirmed per order.
Preparation: Container batch blended and packed in under 3 days after sample approval
Transit: Quoted per destination and sailing
Incoterms: FOB and CFR/CIF as standard; others by agreement
Currency: USD, GBP or INR
Payment terms: Agreed per deal (for example advance, documents against payment, or letter of credit)
Insurance: Cover from our warehouse to your port of arrival
Shelf life: 24 months, cool, dry and dark

We deliver the tea cleared for export and loaded on board. You arrange and pay for the sea freight and insurance.

We also pay the sea freight to your port. Risk passes to you once loaded at Kandla.

As CFR, plus we insure the cargo to your port.

We do not offer delivered-duty-paid terms unless agreed in advance for a specific market.

Pre-shipment and development samples are sent by courier to your country at our expense. Tell us your courier account if you prefer to use your own.
